Frequently asked questions

  • How much does StoveOps cost?

Three self-serve plans with monthly or annual billing. Annual billing saves 20%. Every plan includes a 7-day trial that takes a card at checkout — nothing is charged until the trial ends.

You start on the trial and move up only when your locations or messaging actually grow.

  • How does the 7-day trial work?

You pick a plan and enter a card at checkout. Nothing is charged during the 7 days — the first charge happens when the trial ends. Cancel before it ends and you are not charged.

The card is collected at checkout and nothing is charged while the trial runs. The first invoice is issued when day 7 ends.

Cancel from the Billing page before the trial ends and the subscription stops without a charge. Each account gets one trial.

  • Can I cancel anytime, and what happens to my data?

Yes, anytime from the Billing page — there is no lock-in contract. Cancel before the 7-day trial ends and you are never charged. Your guest data stays yours, so you can export it or ask for it to be deleted.

Cancelling stops the subscription at the end of the period you already have, so nothing renews after that.

Export your guest list before you go, or ask us to delete it — either way the data is yours, not something you rent back from us.

  • Which plan includes reservations?

Reservations come with the Business plan. Waitlist, digital menu and links are on every plan, so you can start smaller and move up when you want to take bookings too.

Because each module stands alone, moving up is an upgrade rather than a migration — your guest history, menu and links stay exactly as they are.
