Acceptable Use Policy
The Pro plan’s ‘unlimited’ claim is subject to this fair-use policy. Detailed terms publish before paid plans go live (decision §11).
Fair use
Unlimited SMS and WhatsApp on the Pro plan covers regular operational use — guest notifications, host/staff coordination, transactional alerts. We may apply rate limits to traffic patterns that are inconsistent with restaurant operations.
Prohibited use
No marketing blasts, no resale of messaging capacity, no spam or unsolicited messaging, no illegal content, no impersonation, no abuse of system APIs.
Enforcement
If your account exceeds reasonable thresholds we will contact you first. Repeated violations may lead to throttling or suspension.
Updates
This policy will be refined alongside the paid-plan rollout. The "Last updated" date reflects the current version.
